18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically or cytologically confirmed locally advanced or advanced SCLC; 2. Patients prepared for First-Line therapy; 3. Normal physiological functions of the viscera as heart, liver, kidney and bone marrow; 4. Life expectancy of at least 3 months; 5. At least one measurable lesion; 6. Age of 18-80 years; 7. CTC counts of more than 8.70 CTC Units in 3mL blood at baseline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent other cancers or other serious diseases within 5 years prior to study enrollment; 2. Previous anti-cancer therapy prior to study enrollment; 3. Blood sample collected at unexpected time point; 4. Blood sample with clot condensation; 5. Blood sample of less than 3mL; 6. Blood sample with hematolysis.
