Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age over sixty years old; (2) BMIis between18kg/m2 and 26kg/m2; (3) according to ASA grades; I-IIgrade; (4) temperature(axillary temperature) is 36.0~37.01C; (5) no heart damage, no lung damage, liver damage and no kidney damage; (6) no neuropsychic diseases; (7) no hypertension history, no history of long-term treatment by sedative and hypnotic medicine or analgesia medicine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe liver dysfunction and/or renal dysfunction; (2) electrolyte disturbance; (3) once was mental disorder; (4) treatment by sedative medicine or analgesia medicine in twenty-four hours; (5) long-term excessive drinking; (6) the patient was treaed by medicine which can disturb the neuropsychic system before operation a month; (7) abuse mental drugs and long-term treatment by steroid hormones; (8) attending the other clinical study.
