Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the dangerous factors of developing into ALI; 2. acute onset; 3. arterial partial pressure of oxygen [P02] /oxygen inspired [FiO2]<=300mmHg; 4. no evidence of high pressure of left atrial or pulmonary artery wedge pressure (PAWP)<=18mmHg; 5. X-ray or CT of chest showed evident infiltration in both lungs, decrease of brightness, air bronchogram is positive partly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients were excluded if they have congenital development malformation of heart andlung; genetic chromosomal disorders; congenital infections that were diagnosed after birth.
