18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with shock or after surgery(Shock diagnosis must at least meet one follow conditions); (1) Heart Rate >90bpm; (2) SBP 2mmol/L; (4) UPD <0.2ml/kg*h; (5) SvO2 <65% or ScvO2 <70%; (6) Over 2000ml positive fluid in the operation; 2. Older than 18y.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pulmonary arterial hypertension, pulmonary fibrosis, severe pneumonia, cardiac or IVC (Inferior Vena Cava) deformity, kidney organic diseases or other disease which impact ultrasound picture quality,pregnant
