18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Heart burn and/or reflux more than three months; 2. Need long-term anti-relfux treatment; 3. the 24 Ph monitoring (the time of PH<4 more than 4%); 4. Willing to accept new RF ablation system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe Esophagitis (Los Angeles grade C, D); 2. Esophageal and gastric surgery; 3. Hiatal hernia >2cm; 4. Esophageal columnar epithelium <3cm; 5. Systemic diseases associated with esophageal motor function; 6. Coagulation dysfunction associated with high risk endocarditis.
