Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are corresponding to diagnosis standard of chronic kidney disease clinical practice guidelines (K/DOQI) which was formulated by the National Kidney Foundation in 2002, and patients with any criterion below can be diagnosed as CKD: (1) kidney damage (abnornal blood and urine components, or abnormal radiographic, or abnormal pathological examination) was>=3 months, with or without abnormal glomerular filtration rate (GFR); (2) GFR<60 ml/min/1.73m2 lasted for more than 3 months, with or without evidence of renal injury; 2. Patients with CKD who were in the two or three stage of K/DOQI which meat GFR was in the range of 30-89ml/min/1.73m2; 3. Patients with age < 70 years old; 4. Patients who didn't perform regular exercises training before.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with CKD who had dialysis treatments; (2) Patients suffering from severe arrhythmia and other active cardiac diseases, ephemeral pneumonia, emphysema and other respiratory system diseases, severe anemia, peripheral edema and hepatosis and other diseases; (3) Patients with muscle and bone joint pathological changes and other motor system disease who could not or should not exercise; (4) Patients with severe mental and cognitive disorders.
