Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Choosing those patients with coronary angiography which uses Netherlands Philips H-5000 cardioangiography device and selects left and right coronary artery projection in multiple positions for the purpose of diagnosis or treatment. The diameter of left main coronary artery, anterior descending branch, circumflex branch, right coronary artery and branches of any of these vessels was less than 50% of its original extent as a diagnostic criteria for positive result of coronary angiography. Eighty-seven patients with coronary heart disease were eventually included, including 45male and 42 female,with their age between the ages of 40 years and 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All patients with 1. Acute coronary syndrome,had coronary artery intervention or coronary artery bypass grafting; 2. combined with chronic bronchitis or obstructive lung disease; 3. sick sinus syndrome, organic cardiac valves disease, cardiomyopathy, pre-excitation syndrome, complete left bundle branch block; 4. electrolyte disorders and using digitalis should be excluded; 6. Drugs like beta blockers and calcium ion antagonist affect heart rate should be withdrew at least for 2 weeks before accepting exercise test.
