Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients signed with the informed consent; 2) age>18 years old; 3) laboratory diagnosis of H7N9 infection; 4) critical injured of lung tissues.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) pregnancy; 2) severe basic diseases; 3) severe mental disorder; 4) uncontrolled cancer diseases; 5) allergic constitution.
