Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: either accord with 1, 2, 3 or 4 can be selected and the patient can not be selected if any items is "no". 1. Patients with coronary heart disease of blood stasis and toxin syndrome group: patients accord with the crieria standard of ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction diagnosis and consistent with "blood stasis and toxic syndrome"; 2. Patients with coronary heart disease of blood stasis and and light toxin syndrome group: at least one coronary artery stenosis and stenosis of more than 50% at the same time using coronary angiography or coronary CTA and meet with "blood stasis and toxic syndrome"; 3. Patients with coronary heart disease of blood stasis syndrome groupblood stasis syndrome: at least one coronary artery stenosis and stenosis of more than 50% at the same time using coronary angiography or coronary CTA and meet with "blood stasis syndrome"; 4. Patients without coronary heart disease and blood stasis syndrome group: there is no evidence of myocardial ischemia with patients and without the syndrome of blood stasis syndrome; 5. at the age of 35-75; 6. The patients signed informed consent and voluntary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Affecting the data collection because of the spirit, language and other factors; 2. Combine with disease such as infection, cancer, hematopoietic system disease or immune system disease; 3. Combine with digestive system diseases such as alimentary tract hemorrhage, severe peptic ulcer and so on; 4. The patients participate in other clinical researches.
