25 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients had pathologically or cytologically proven lung cancer,received 3D-CRT or IMRT; 2. All patients are fully informed and sign informed consent; 3. No history of receiving surgical intervention; 4. Without serious heart and lung diseases, liver and kidney function damage before radiation; 5. The score is more than 80 points of Karnofsky performance status and less than 80 years old; 6. All patients treated with concurrent or sequential chemoradiotherapy; 7. The survival is more than 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients receiving re-irradiation therapy; 2. The D95 prescription is less than 50Gy; 3. Forced expiratory volume in 1 sec(FEV1) is less than 1.5L, forced expiratory volume in the first second in percent of expected value (FEV1%) and diffusing capacity of the lung for carbon monoxide expressed in percent of the predicted value (DLCO%) are both less than 60%; 4. The patients can't tolerate or give up radiation therapy.
