1 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) the patients themselves or guardian sign the informed consent; 2) clear liver metabolic diseases, clinical diagnosis and genetic diagnosis; 3) the disease can progress viscera function failure and even death; 4) disease seriously affect the growth and development or the quality of life; 5) disease medical treatment with no clear radical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) cumulative liver disease lead to irreversible pathological morphological changes, such as liver cirrhosis; 2) after strict preoperative evaluation of liver transplantation, liver transplantation surgery contraindications; 3) treatment and an analysis cannot meet the specimen.
