Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. comply with spastic cerebral palsy diagnostic criteria; 2. age 1 month to 16 years; 3. the causes of cerebral palsy are common causes; 4. the informed consent of patients or their families who accept this clinical trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. not meet the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; 2. severe heart disease, arrhythmias, or have serious medical conditions such as heart, lung, liver, kidney and other vital organ dysfunction; 3. bleeding disorders, coagulation disorders; 4. fitted with a pacemaker patients; 5. thrombosis; 6. in critical condition, it is difficult to make the evaluator to the efficacy and safety; 7. the patient or the patient guardian refuse treatment; 8. the treatment site tendon and fascia acute injury; 9. penetrate the synovial fluid of patients; the presence of 10. the treatment site atrophy and infected nonunion; exist 11. the treatment site segmental bone defects nonunion.
