Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Aged 18-80, gender is not limited; (2)The aorta CTV diagnosis in the research center confirmed the indications of TEVAR(Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair) surgery for Stanford type B aortic dissection. During the operation, aortic angiography was performed to detect the position of main fissure distance of left subclavian artery opening is 1cm or more. The placement of covered stent does not affect the blood flow patency of left subclavian artery and left common carotid artery. (3)In the operation underwent aortic angiography to find obvious distal fissure. (4)Be able to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Younger than 18 years of age or older than 80 years old; (2)Patients not found obvious distal tear entry underwent aortic angiography during the operation; (3)The position of main fissure distance of left subclavian artery opening is less than 1cm; (4)Complicated with malignant tumor or other serious diseases or life expectancy is less than 6 months. (5)Asymptomatic myocardial infarction occurred in the past 3 months, or unstable angina attack is greater than or equal to three times in the past 1 month, or serious heart failure that drugs is difficult to control. (6)Complicated with severe respiratory insufficiency (PO2 less than 60 mmHg, namely 8.0Kpa; or PCO2 more than 50mmHg, namely 6.5Kpa (7).Complicated with severe renal insufficiency, creatinine is greater than or equal to 200 umol/L; (8)And severe liver diseases, such as acute or chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, or cereal third transaminase (ALAT) lifts up to 3 times normal limit. (9)Cerebral hemorrhage or large area cerebral infarction occurred in the last 2 months.
