Control group:patients undergoing OPCAB with pedicel internal mammary artery conbined with saphenous vein conduits

44 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients undergoing the scheduled isolated off-pump CABG surgery; 2. patients receiving bilateral skeletonized internal mammary artery combined with radial artery conduits for CABG surgery; 3. LVEF more than 35%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients rejecting or doing not write informed consent; 2. patients undergoing CABG plus other cardiac surgery (such as valve replacement or valvoplasty, ventricular aneurysm resection, ablation of atrial fibrillation); 3. emergent CABG; 4. patients undergoing on-pump CABG.
