18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 to 60 years old, gender not limited;2.Accord with "The Guideline of Diagnosis and Treatment of Sudden Deafness (2005 JiNan China); ;3.Without any related medical treatment in two weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With other middle ear disease, meniere's disease, acoustic neuroma and large vestibular aqueduct syndrome; 2.Younger than 18 years of age or older than 60 years of age or older; 3.Serious chronic disease and the weak body situation; 4.woman during pregnancy.
