Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bone tumor group: 30 patients: 18-65 years old, selective operation for bone tumor, expected length of surgery more than 3 hours;Hysteroscope group: 30 patients: 18-65 years old, selective operation for hysteroscope surgeries, expected length of surgery less than 30 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of autoimmune disease, severe inflammatory response or stressed (infection, sepsis, trauma) before operation, hyperresponsiveness(asthma), liver damage(ALT, AST 1.5 times higher than normal), kidney damage(creatinine higher than normal), length of surgery less than 3 hours for bone tumor surgeries or length of surgery less than 30 minutes for hysteroscope surgeries, hormone used during the surgery.
