Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) To compare the gene expression of patients with lumbar disc herniation with the expression of healthy participants, in order to explore the pathogenesis mechanism of lumbar disc herniation from genomics perspective in molecule level;(2) Through detecting the gene expression of hemameba total RNA before and after treatment by electro-acupuncture on Five Acupoints of lumbar vertebra and analyzing data of patients with better effects, to explore the mechanism of the therapeutic effect of deep insertion by electro-acupuncture on "Five Acupoints of lumbar vertebra from genomics perspective".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar disc herniation received related treatment within one week; 2. Other diseases in lower back area, such as back muscle fasciitis, acute lumber muscle sprain, the third lumbar transverse process syndrome, tuberculosis of lumbar spine, and space-occupying lesions; 3. Severe developing spinal stenosis or other severe malformation; 4. Pregnancy or are preparing to pregnancy women and lactating women; 5. Skin lesions, ulcers, or with skin diseases; 6.
