Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 0-10yr delivered in the Women’s Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University from January 2003 to March 2012 were involved in this study, including cases after fresh ET, frozen ET and natural conceptions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People born congenital malformation,formulti-fetal gestations, were not included. People with nephritis, nephrosis, chronic hypertention and other serious disease were also excluded .
