Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The case group:Patients meet ICD-10 criteria for Depressive episode; meet TCM syndrome differentiation standard for depressive disorder;At the age of 18-65 years old;The brain, heart, liver, kidney and othersystem abnormality are not found in physical examination; Normal color vision, the naked eye or corrected to normal vision; education level ofjunior high school;The expert judgment have depression expression and eyes; Sign informed consent to enterthe study;Control group:At the age of 18-65 years old;At present, in good spirits, No history of mental illness; No severe somatic diseases; Normal color vision, the naked eye or corrected to normal vision; education level ofjunior high school; Age, sex, culture degree match with the case group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate; exclude patients of organic brain disease; exclude of patients with mental retardation; any oculomotor nerve dysfunction are excluded; schizophrenia patients with serious mental disease excluded; eliminate drug dependence or alcohol dependence.
