Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From the offspring undergoing health examination in Reproductive follow-up center, Zhejiang Women Hospital, we recuited the offspring of PCOS women who accepted ART during 2006-2009 or offspring spontaneously conceived by PCOS women as study group, offspring of women who accepted ART during the same period due to tubal blockage or normally spontaneously conceived offsprin as control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded those with gestational complications like GDM, mothers with chronic hypertention and diabetes, offspring with congenital malformation.
