60 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 60 years or older; 2. the score of Geriatric Depression Scale ranged from 21-25; 3. No Communication Disorders; 4. right-handed; 5. all the patients signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. T2 weighted image show cerebral infarction or cerebral vascular injuries; 2. diseases which associated with cerebral diseases (such as uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes); 3. neoplastic diseases; 4. unstable physical illness, such as severe asthma, epilepsy, brain tumors or other neurological disorders; 5. physical disorders which may caused mood disorder symptoms, such as multiple sclerosis, thyroid diseases, chronic pain; 6. the score of Mini-Mental State Examination showed dementia; 7. mental disorder; 8. receiving antidepressant treatment; 9. Psychoactive Substance or alcohol habituation; 10. with metal implants.
