Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primary angle closure suspect (PACS) has been used to define people at high risk of developing angle closurewhose posterior trabecular meshwork cannot be seen in three or more quadrants under gonioscopy without formation of peripheral anterior synechiae, optic nerve damage and visual field loss;The control subjects will be recruited from the outpatient service who had open angles with grade 3–4 angle depths in the Shaffer classification.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All study eyes had no history of intraocular surgery, pharmacotherapy, trauma, and corneal disorders. We further excluded patients who had plateau iris configuration which was defined as a near normal anterior chamber depth with a flat iris and crowding of the chamber angle at the iris insertion.
