18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For POAG diagnosis: 1. open anteiror chamber angle; 2. IOP between 20mmHg and 35mmHg; 3. Reliable and reproducible visual field abormalities (at least twice); 4. optic disc or retinal fiber layer structure abnormalities; 5. refractive eeeor between +3.0D and -6.0D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. aged < 18 years; 2. participants who received any systemic or ocular sugery; 3. there exist any systemic or ocualr diseases except for primary open angle glaucoma; 4. the best corrective visual acuity is below 0.5; 5. high myopia participants.
