Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selected the young male workers at the plant as the research subject; Aged between 18-44 years old, no obvious disease currently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All of the subjects had no history of genital inflammation or surgery. No subjective symptoms or self-reported medical risk factors were identified. Nobody had taken prescribed medication.
