45 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PD Group 1. aged 45~80 years old; 2. PD patient must meet the diagnostic criteria of idiophaic PD made by the brain bank of Britain Parkinson disease Society; 3. Vascular parkinsonism must meet the criteria made by Zijiman JCM; Control Group Control health persons out of matching no history health persons of psychological disorders
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is the evidence or diagnosis of atypical parkinsonism, such as dementia with lewy bodies, multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy and cortical basal degeneration; 2. Severe dementia of Parkinsons disease, Alzheimer disease, vascular dementia and Huntingtons disease; 3. Parkinsonism caused by the other factors; 4. The medical and ethics reasons in related to neurobiology; 5. Pregnant women.
