Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. posthepatitic cirrhosis, portal hypertension, splenomegaly and hypersplenism: liver function Child grade A, or after treatment can be adjusted to the Child A, CT display that the size of spleen is no more than 8 rib unit; 2. immune thrombocytopenic purpura: (1) steroid invalid type: chronic course of ITP > 6month, through blood steroid therapy in Department of Internal Medicine; (2) steroid dependent type: steroid treatment is effective, but relapse after the reduction (prednisone <20mg/d) or stopping steroid; 3. splenic space occupying lesion: splenic space occupying lesion, without metastasis; 4. splenic cyst: splenic cyst with compression symptoms, or can not exclude the splenic tumor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. posthepatitic cirrhosis, portal hypertension, splenomegaly and hypersplenism: liver function Child grade B, or after treatment can not be adjusted to the Child A, CT display that the size of spleen is more than 8 rib unit; 2. immune thrombocytopenic purpura: steroid treatment is effective, and not relapse after the reduction (prednisone <20mg/d) or stopping steroid; 3. splenic space occupying lesion: splenic space occupying lesion with metastasis,heart and lung function can not tolerate operation; 4. splenic cyst: Heart and lung function can not tolerate operation.
