Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Hospitalized patients characterized by kinds of underlying heart diseases which may lead to the high risk arrhythmia based on its definition we determined are collected between 2010-2012, subsequently divided into two group: case group and control group. Case group: aged 18 to 75 years; having experienced syncope, cardiac arrest, sudden cardiac death, or history of resuscitation with definite ECG proof; or non-cardiogenic reasons can be carefully excluded though without ECG proof of events in real time. Control group: having counterparts in age, sex, and diagnosis of case group's, however without high risk arrhythmia events.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe liver disease, srious kidney disease, or other serious disease; 2. the pregnant or women in lactation; 3. with mental disease; 4. without legal capacity or with limited capacity; 5. having any disease that might interfere or confound the outcome of clinical trial.
