40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: COPD Inclusion criteria: 1. Willing and signed informed consent; 2. males or females >=y/o and =y/o and >=80 y/o; 3. FEV1/FVC>= 75% and FEV1>= 80% predicted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: COPD Exclusion criteria: 1. known asthma, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, pneumoconiosis, or other pulmonary diseases; 2. malignancy; 3. acute exacerbation or infection in 3 months. Normal non-smokers and healthy smokers: Exclusion criteria: 1. any acute infections, including upper airway infection, in 3 months; 2. Known major acute or chronic medial diseases.
