18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years old; 2. the clinical diagnosis is cholecystitis; 3. patients will undergoing cholecystectomy by laparoscopy; 4. patients signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.>20 g per day in men and 10 g per day in women; 2. Patients with positive hepatitis B surface antigen, antibody against hepatitis C virus and antinuclear antibody titre >1/160; 3. Patients had autoimmune or genetically induced (hemochromatosis, Wilsons disease or a1-antitrypsin deficiency) liver disease; 4. injection drug users.
