Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: COPD patients (outpatients or hospitalized patients), 45-70 years old, man or woman, acute exacerbation or stable were enrolled in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. baseline blood routine, biochemical or routine urine analysis have clinically significant abnormal; 2. serious heart, liver, kidney, brain, blood or malignant tumor; 3. alcoholism, drug addiction, mental disorder and consciousness disorder; 4. clinical diagnosis of lung cancer, bronchiectasis, pneumoconiosis, or other restrictive ventilatory disorder; 5. a history of asthma, allergic rhinitis; 6. engaged in another clinical trials.
