Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. low mood as the basic symptom; 2. Meet at least 4 of the following symptoms: (1) declining or lack of interest in daily life; (2) significantly impaired energy, no obvious cause of the persistent fatigue; (3) the spirit of sports retardation or agitation; (4) much lower self assessment, feeling of regret or guilt, and even the emergence of delusion of sin; (5) difficult in thinking, or significantly declining of consciously thinking capacity; (6) the recurring thoughts of death, or suiciding; (7) the insomnia, or waking up early, or sleeping too much; (8) the loss of appetite, or significant weight loss; (9) the sexual desire drops apparently; 3. severity scale (at least one of the following conditions): (1) social function is damaged; (2) the cause of pain or adverse consequences to himself; 4. the course standard: symptoms lasting at least 2 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. exclude depression caused by cerebral organic disease, physical illness and substance of depression; 2. depression can occur in patients with hallucinations, delusional symptoms, but should pay attention to distinguish schizophrenia.
