Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study Group: The postmenopausal and pelvic organ prolapse(according to the people's Medical Publishing House obstetrics and Gynecology seventh edition teaching material POP-Q classification diagnosis of II-III degree prolapse) patients treated by pelvic floor reconstruction operation; Control Group: The patients because of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, ovarian cysts and other in hysterectomy(or add daul appendages).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study Group: The patients are not taking estrogen drugs within the past 3 months, are not acute infected at reproductive and urinary tract in recent.The patients have no previous medical history; Control Group: The patients are not taking estrogen drugs within the past 3 months.The patients have no urinary incontinence, vaginal wall prolapse and (or) uterine prolapse and other related diseases.
