Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who aged 18-70,with diagnosed asthma,has two or more situations as followoing: 1. Signs and symptoms of airflow obstruction (i.e., cough, wheeze, shortness of breath, chest tightness) within past 48h; 2. Increased asthma symptoms resulting in hospital admission or clinic visit; 3. Beta bronchodilator use >4 inhalations/day on two consecutive days; 4. Increased dose or addition of a new asthma controller therapy within past wk; 5. best PEF test falls to 80% of the mean baseline morning value on two consecutive readings ortwo consecutive morning readings; 6. nocturnal awakenings due to asthma on two consecutive nights; 7. total asthma symptom score for the combined symptoms of chest tightness, breathlessness, coughing, and wheezing increases by >3 ordinal values from the mean baseline value on two consecutive days; 8. inability to go to school or work due to asthma for two consecutive days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, bronchiectasis, severe organs dysfunction drug abuse, and other disease with wheeze.
