Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteer: male, 20-40 years old; Major depression: male, 20-40 years old, meet the DSM-IV MDD criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe disease, hearing illness, addiction, BMI>24kg/m2 or <18.5 kg/m2.
