50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50-80 years; 2. Imaging(CT or MRI)confirms cerebral thrombosis or lacunar infarction; 3. Age matched healthy individual.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Patients with cerebral transient ischemic attack(TIA); 3. Patients with cerebral tumour, cerebral trauma, or cerebral embolism; 4. Patients with serious hepatic, renal, orhematological, endocrine disease,osteoarthrosis or psychotic diseases; 5. Patients that are taking part in other clinical trials.
