18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be aged 18-80 years of hospitalized patients; 2. patients are dignosed to infarction of anterior circulation; 3. within 72 hours; 4. Neurological deficit score (NIHSS) score of 4-20 points; 5. patients of the first onset or relapsed ones of the NIHSS <4; 6. Patients agree to sign clinical use informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients of cardioembolism; 2. severe mental disorders, including dementia patients; 3. CT examinations indicate cerebral bleeding; 4. Associated pneumonia or other serious infections; 5. organ failure; 6. patients suffering from other serious systemic or organ organic diseases; 7. allergic constitution, such as bronchial asthma; 8. ACEI drugs were used within 24 hours; 9. blood pressure = 200mmHg/100mmHg; 10. pregnancy or lactating women.
