18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60; 2. Caused by burns and TBSA 51-95%, or full-thickness burn >20%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Burns that caused other than thermal, such as: chemical burns, electrical injury, etc; 2. Patient who has other substantial comorbidity at admission: eg. severe heart, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system diseases; 3. Caner; 4. Metabolic and endocrine disease history like diabetes, hyperthyroidism; 5. Obesity (BMI>25); 6. Pregnancy or lactation patient; 7. Patient who has mental diseases, no self-control capacity or no articulate; 8. Patient who has already join into other clinical trials.
