28 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) all HBsAg carriers were positive for both HBsAg and antibody to HBV core antigen (anti-HBc) of the IgG type for at least 12 months; (2) HBeAg positive; (3) age over 18 years and under 60 years; (4) HBV DNA >= 6log10 copies/ml; (5) serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels >=2 times the upper limit of normal;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. during the last 6 months, with any form of antiviral, immune suppressive or immunomodulatory treatment; 2. pregnant patients; 3. co-infected with human immunodeficiency virus, hepatitis A virus, hepatitis C virus or hepatitis D virus and patients with other types of hepatitis.
