50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50 to 80 years old; 2. Alzheimer's Disease; according to the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's Disease; 3. Mild cognitive impairment; according to the Peterson diagnostic criteria; 4. Age matched healthy individual.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebrovascular disease; 2. Intracranial infection and cerebral trauma; 3. Epilepsia; 4. Demyelinating disease of central nervous system; 5. With severe disease such as heart failure, liver failure, kidney failure and tumour; 6. Other end-stage disease; 7. Psychiatric disorders.
