18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologic diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2. Primary untreated stage III-IVb with N1-3, M0 (AJCC/UICC 2002); 3. Range from 18-70 years old; 4. KPS >=80; 5. Adequate bone marrow function; 6. Adequate liver and renal function; 7. Patients were enrolled after signed informed consent was obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. WBC count3ULN, 0Serum creatinine>1.5*ULN; 3. Pregnancy or lactation; 4. Previously treated (surgery,chemotherapy, radiation therapy,target therapy).
