Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ocular hypertension and normal intraocular pression after LASIK and glucocorticoid eyedrops administration; 2. primary open-angle glaucoma patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of diabetes mellitus, systemic hypertension, abnormal results in thyroid function tests, depression, or a history of having taken corticosteroid medication in the previous 3 months were excluded.
