herpes zoster:The patients with HZ received intravenous injections of 500 mg acyclovir every 8 hours for 5 days and then switched to oral administration of 800 mg acyclovir 4 times a day for 7 days. B

Inclusion criteria: Patients with 50–79 years of age who visited the pain clinic were enrolled in the study

Exclusion criteria: patients with immunosuppressive drug or hormone recently, or with diseases of the immune and central nervous system
