Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese Graves disease patients in the department of endocrinology; 2. Male or female, 18-70 years old; obtained prior to initiation of any study procedures; 3. Patients with the increases of TT4 or FT4, TT3 or FT3, and the decrease of TSH; 4. TRAB positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy, breast-feeding; 2. Patients who can't cooperate; 3. Patients in stress conditions such as acute complications, infection and surgery; 4. Patients who affect the blood lipid profile (except for lipid modulators), are expected to have factors that may influence participation or evaluation of the results; 5. TPOAb >300 IU/mL.
