Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 65 to 80 years old; 2. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent; 3. Able to read and understand Chinese; 4. Undergo elective surgery (epigastrium); 5. American Anesthesia Association(ASA) I~III; 6. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18~30kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cannot coordinate or present with language barrier; 2. With severe visual and auditory disorders; 3. With parkinson, alcohol abuse or durgs dependence problems; 4. Can not complete neuropsychological testing; 5. With other reasons that are not suitable for clinical trials.
