Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 HBsAg+, HBeAg+delivery women; 2 healthy delivery women;chronic hepatitis B patients; 3. healthy volunteers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HBsAg+, HBeAg+delivery women who have chronic or acute hepatitis C; 2. Healthy delivery women who have other acute hepatitis and the blood system diseases; 3. Chronic hepatitis B volunteers who have chronic hepatitis C.
