21 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: control subjects(n=37): aged between 21-38, regular menstrual cycle between 24-35, sterility factors: uni- or bilateral tubal impotency or male factor.PCOS subjects(n=215): aged between 21-38, PCOS was defined as the existence of at least two of the following three features: oligomenorrhea or amenorrhea (<6 menstrual cycles for each year), hyperandrogenism, and polycystic ovaries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All subjects had not taken hormonal contraceptives or steroids and taken laparoscopic ovarian drilling within the previous six months.
