18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years of age; 2. Suspected infection; 3. Two or more systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) criteria; 4. Temperature 38 degree C; 5. Heart rate 90 beats per minute; 6. Mechanical ventilation for acute respiratory process or respiratory rate > 20 breaths per minute or PaC02 12,000/mm3 OR 10% bands; 8. Refractory hypotension (a systolic blood pressure 4 mmol/L).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Minors; 2. Patient under guardianship or trusteeship; 3. pregnant or lactating women; 4. diabetic; 5. cardiomyopathy known and/or treated or detect in admission; 6. electro-systolic process permanent or transitory; 7. neurological history or degenerative pathology; 8. chronic respiratory insufficiency; 9. Chronic renal insufficiency
