Inclusion criteria: Patients with Laryngeal and Laryngopharyngeal cancer of uygur kazahk and han ethnic in Xinjiang

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with additional malignant tumor or already receiving the concurrent chemoradiation
