Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Lean (BMI >= 18.5 and =, 23 kg/m2) and obese (BMI >= 27.5 kg/m2); 2. Full set of healthy teeth; 3. Weight stable (<3 Kg change over the past 3 months); 4. Healthy; 5. Without medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malfunction of mastication; 2. Weight loss; 3. Allergy to any food.
