Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: With definite diagnosis that operation using the screw into the pedicle of vertebral arch of thoracic and lumbar is required to acquire the stability of the spine of the patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with development malformation of the pedicle of vertebral arch of thoracic and lumbar; 2. Patients with systemic illness, allergy, local/general infection,or slight anemia
